It is a very nice region: the sea in front of the hotel (only one street between hotel and the coast) with a fine sand... Very nice old italian cities around: Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, to Firence about 90 km. The mountains behind the hotel reachable in about twenty minutes

It's a very welll designed building, even a newer one, everything was fine and we felt very well. Very good service, very nice rooms and an outstanding view from the roof top bar to the sea in front of the hotel. A big swimming pool with pool bar service. Just wonderful

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the staff were excellent, our junior suite spacious and comfortable with an enormous terrace. It was a quiet and incredibly relaxing hotel to stay in, yet just a stroll from some great restaurants and only a 90 minute train ride from Florence. The pool is wonderful as is the spa, not to mention the quality of service at the hotel bar and at breakfast too - and the whole ambiance of the hotel means we will definitely return many times.

The staff was nice and friendly. They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite. The pool area is great and the pool bar serves great fresh salads. The hotel has bikes you can borrow for free as you can use the cycling roads running all along the beach front. The american bar on the roof top offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountains and they served delicious fresh grilled fish.

The cofees served for breakfast is really not good. Carpets in the corridors have big stains and because they are white/cream, it is very noticable.

By far the best hotel in the area, beautiful place and excellent service.

The pool and spa facilities were pleasant. Breakfast was better than expected. Young babies are welcome. Design is nice.

At the check in nobody mentioned anything at all about the fact that we needed to make a special reservation for dinner on the terrace. So when we went up there expecting an enjoyable dinner with the view of the sea it was really unpleasant to be turned away. We had to dine looking at the interior yard grass. We felt that the check in staff did not do their job. Our only dinner at that place turned out to be less enjoyable as the result. The pillows that were widely advertised were not available. That was disappointing. Why advertise if you can't deliver.

Great staff and awesome breakfast

We had an amazing week with friends celebrating a birthday! The staff was super friendly, especially the bar man. Rooms were nice and there was a cool rooftop bar. Definitely enjoyed the breakfast, especially the bacon! Just wished the Wi-Fi was better-very slow and spotty at times.
